Privacy policy

When you request a quote, book a transfer, or build a trip, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number.
• Pickup and drop-off locations, travel dates, passenger count, and flight number if given.
• Payment confirmation details from our payment processor (we never see or store your card number).

To generate quotes, confirm and manage your booking, coordinate with your driver, track flight delays when a flight number is provided, and contact you about your trip. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Only the services needed to run your booking:

• Paystack, to process card and M-Pesa payments securely.
• Supabase, our database and authentication provider, to store booking records.
• Resend, to send booking confirmation and notification emails.
• Your assigned driver, who receives your pickup details to complete the trip.

Address search uses OpenStreetMap's free Nominatim service, and route distance is calculated via OSRM — both process only the addresses you type, not your device's location, and we don't track your location beyond the pickup/drop-off you provide.

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in where relevant (e.g. the admin panel). We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Booking and quote records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, support, and legal purposes.
